The Recharge Baltimore Housing Summit brings together the people shaping Baltimore's housing future — lenders, developers, community leaders, policymakers, and residents — for a day of honest conversation about how the city builds, invests, and grows. Presented by the Maryland Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association, the Summit pairs substantive programming with a genuine celebration of the neighborhoods and communities that make Baltimore worth investing in.
The day includes keynote programming and panel discussions on housing finance, community development, and the path forward for Baltimore's neighborhoods. The Magnetic Charm exhibition and live audience voting run throughout the day, with winners announced live on stage at the close of voting.
